It is completely unmanned and truly realizes automated packaging. By replacing different feeding structures, different materials can be automatically packaged. For example, it can be equipped with a liquid and paste quantitative filling system for liquid and paste quantitative vacuum packaging. After being equipped with a multi head scale, it can quantitatively vacuum package powder and bulk materials. After being equipped with an automatic feeding machine, it can vacuum package block materials while weighing. The packaging machine is controlled by PLC and operated by human-machine interface, and can monitor the whole machine. If there is any problem, Abnormal situations such as empty bags and bags not being loaded, PLCs can detect abnormal situations and output abnormal signals to control the packaging machine to take corresponding measures to avoid wasting materials and packaging bags.
